Transmission:
Differential to Chassis - long through bolts: 54nm
Differential to Chassis - short front bolts: 40nm & threadlock
Differential stabiliser back bolt: 27nm
Diff flange nut: 110nm
Prop shaft bolts to diff: 66nm & threadlock (IVA advised lock washers too)
Gearbox mount: Fully Tight with threadlock & nylocs
Rear:
Wishbones pivots to uprights & chassis: 40nm, loosen, 15nm, + 90 degrees N/S O/S
Uprights to brake bracket and hub carriers: 50nm
Shocks: 40nm
Brake calliper: 56nm, lock washer & thread-lock N/S O/S
Brake calliper guide bolts: 33nm & threadlock N/S O/S
Hub nut: 270nm N/S O/S (my weight on a 1m breaker bar)
Front:
Wishbones pivots to uprights & chassis: 40nm, loosen, 15nm, + 90 degrees N/S O/S
Lower ball joints to wishbone: 34nm & thread-lockTop ball joint lock nut: 62nm N/S O/S (fully tight with spanner)
Upright pinch bolt: 80nm N/S O/S
Upright to top ball joint: 75nm N/S O/S
Upright to bottom ball joint: 75nm N/S O/S
Shocks: 40nm
Brake calliper: 56nm, lock washer & thread-lock N/S O/S
Brake calliper guide bolts: 23nm & thread-lock N/S O/S (factory fitted)
Upper column to chassis: 60nmBrake calliper guide bolts: 23nm & thread-lock N/S O/S (factory fitted)
Steering:
Lower column to upper UJ: 25nm
Lower column to rack UJ: 25nm
Rack to chassis: 40nm
Tie rod end lock nuts: 62nm - tight with a 17mm spanner unable to use the torque wrench
Tie rod end to upright: 26nm
Steering wheel bolt: 49nm & thread lock
Engine:
GBS Thermostat water pipe to head: Fully tight & threadlockClutch pressure plate to flywheel bolts: 23nm
Engine to Gearbox: 35nm + threadlock
Engine bracket to Engine: 40nm + threadlock
Engine bracket to Chassis: 40nm
Engine bracket to Rubber: Hand tight
Sump bolts M6: 24nm <---!
Sump drain plug: 25nm
Inlet manifold: 22nm
Exhaust manifold: 23nm
Alternator mounting bolts: 23nm
